How we work

Most founders we talk to are still closing every deal themselves, and they are a few months from hiring someone to help. The question is always the same: what should be in place before that person starts?

We answer it the same way every time, in four steps.

How we work: Find, Build, Run, Hand off. Find takes 30 minutes. Build is a two week sprint where one channel goes live. Run is monthly, we run it and you close. Hand off happens when you hire.

1. Find: where your next customers come from

A free 30 minute working session. Bring your pipeline and your next sales goal, and we work through it together.

  • Where your last customers actually came from, and what they had in common
  • The one channel we would switch on first: outbound, ads, partners or conversion
  • What is missing before a hire could run it

You leave with a read on where your next customers could come from, whether or not we work together.

2. Build: one channel live in two weeks

The First Hire Sprint, one of our packaged launches. Two weeks, fixed fee, inside the tools you already use.

  • Accounts: your target market mapped, every account scored by buying signal
  • Channel: one agreed channel live by day 14, with tracking to booked calls
  • System: CRM stages that match how your deals close, routing and follow up tasks
  • Playbook: qualification, discovery and handoff, written from your own sales calls

Live in 14 days, or we keep working free until it is. The 14 days start once we have tool access and your sign off on the target, and days spent waiting on approvals, access or an ad platform's review don't count. Before launch we agree the target profile and the number we are aiming for in writing.

3. Run: we run it, you close

The sprint already covers running your channel for the first 30 days after launch. If you want to keep going, Growth Partner continues month to month.

  • We run the live channel and add the next one when the first is working
  • We handle replies and qualify leads through to booked calls
  • One working session a week, with results by channel

Your side stays small: access to your tools, one session a week, and answering leads within 24 hours.

4. Hand off: your hire inherits a working system

When you hire, the new person does not start on a blank page. They walk into live campaigns, conversations already in motion, a CRM they can read and a written playbook.

If you are not hiring yet, that is fine. You can run the system yourself now and hand it over later. Some founders use the sprint to decide whether they need a hire at all.

Or pick one piece

Five services available on their own: outbound launch, paid ads launch, CRM and pipeline setup, event, and advisory.

Not every team needs the full path. If you already know what is missing, each piece is available on its own:

  • Outbound launch: sending domains warmed, a signal based target list, sequences live and replies handled
  • Paid ads launch: campaigns, audiences, lead forms and a landing page, with tracking into your CRM
  • CRM and pipeline setup: stages that match how your deals close, routing, follow up tasks and a weekly report
  • Event: a focused dinner or roundtable for your buyers, from invite list to follow up
  • Advisory: a weekly session with you or your new hire on pipeline, messaging and what to test next

Each one is scoped and quoted on the working session.

Why this order

Each step gives the next one something real to work with. A channel built before you know where your customers come from is a guess. A hire made before the channel works spends month one building it. So we find, then build, then run, then hand off.

If you want to see where your team would start, a free working session takes 30 minutes.

Ready when you are

Let’s find your next source of pipeline

A free 30 minute working session on how you find customers today and what is holding back qualified conversations.

In the working session
  • We look at how you find customers today.
  • We find what is limiting qualified pipeline, whether you sell alone, run a team or have a channel that stalled.
  • You leave with a read on where your next customers could come from, and the first launch we would run.
